Cancellation Policy

As a salon we have been reluctant to have a cancellation policy however Covid has brought a number of challenges but most of all this has been financial.

Some of our staff are self-employed others employed and as a small business, NO SHOWS and LAST MINUTE CANCELLATIONS have a huge impact on our income.

We have invested in technology that sends clients email reminders. This is not a guaranteed service and the salon will not be held responsible for clients not receiving these. It is the responsibility of the client to attend the appointment.

We have implemented the following cancellation policy:

Any LAST MINUTE CANCELLATIONS or NO SHOWS will be charged at 100% you will be sent a link to your mobile phone or email address for the cost of the missed appointment and this will need to be paid before any future bookings can be made.

Cancellations made 24hours prior to the appointment will be at the discretion of the salon or therapist/hairdresser/technician. Our computer system keeps track of all cancellations and how frequently this happens.

We would kindly ask customers to cancel any appointments at least 48hours prior to the appointment.

We do not allow children to accompany clients in the salon. We want you and other customers to come to the salon to relax, unwind and enjoy. A bit of you time!
